Bristol Community Land Trust (Bristol CLT) is open to anyone who supports the vision, mission and aims of Bristol CLT.
Membership of Bristol CLT requires the purchase of a £1 share and an annual membership fee (the share is included in the first years fee). To become a shareholding member read through the below and fill in the form.

Member benefits
- Members will receive newsletters throughout the year including updates on BCLT and other Community Led Housing news.
- Members are invited to the AGM, can put forward motions, rule changes and then vote at the AGM.
- Potential to stand for the BCLT board.
- Notifications around BCLT housing opportunities.
- Only members are eligible for BCLT rented housing.
- Events that BCLT run throughout the year including meetings, workshops, talks, socials and more. In-person and online events will be free to members. (Some events may be open to non-members and have a cost).
Application process

- Membership applications are approved at quarterly board meetings, so there may be a short wait from application to approval.
- If approved, you'll receive an email to complete your membership and pay the annual fee.
